Here's how in 3 simple steps:

1. Create an Event
2. Go to the Broadcasts tab
3. Click Send broadcast and then add your subject and message. The recipients of the broadcast could be to:
   
   • All: Send to all guests
   • Guests: Checked in: Send to guests who checked in
   • Guests: Not checked in: Send to guests who did not check in
   • Waitlisted: Send to prospective guests who joined the waitlist
   • Guests of Ticket Name: Send to guests of a specific ticket
